- The sales team supports the business activities of the company's leadership by drafting business plans and policies and ensuring efficient resource allocation based on analyses of the business environment and the company's capability.
- Contribute to the achievement of business goals by ensuring that materials, products and equipment are managed efficiently and that the company's resources are optimized.
- The distribution team helps the company increase profitability and operate reliably by making available raw materials, components and equipment required for the production, maintenance and investment of its plants in an efficient manner.
Technical / Manufacturing
- Support optimized production of products and business activities by ensuring that production is managed according to the business plan and policy, and that jobs are well-coordinated across different plants through the provision of necessary technical support.
- Help plants operate reliably and support business activities by setting up environment, safety, health, and quality systems based on the company's business philosophy and policy, and coordinating its internal and external businesses efficiently.
- Reinforce activities for higher environmental safety to ensure accident-free operation and increase the productivity and maximize availability of the plants through process improvement and timely initiation of energy-saving projects.
- Improve cost reduction and availability, and support reliable production by carrying out preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and scheduled maintenance in a timely manner.
- Engineering /
- Help expand into new product and byproduct markets by efficiently performing development, technical reviews, designing, construction supervision and obtaining of permits for new or process improving projects, and maximizing plant competitiveness by supporting energy saving and reliable operations.
- Develop original technologies and provide technical support for the entire technology and manufacturing functions by performing process improvements for higher productivity, conducting technical review of key materials such as Chem./Cat., identifying substitute materials, and carrying out feasibility studies for new technology or projects.
- Ensure that products are of consistent or better quality, and deliver higher customer satisfaction by providing accurate analyses of feedstock materials and processes.
- Support the business activities of the company's leadership by drafting business plans and policies and ensuring efficient resource allocation based on analyses of the business environment and the company's capability.
- Maximize utilization of human resources by linking HR policies, strategies and systems to business strategies and goals.
- Finance &
- Maximize the utilization of the company's financial resources by accurately recording and analyzing the company's financial information and resources, and managing and operating them reliably.
- Assist the different functions of the company in using information on business activities such as plant operation and job performance in response to changes in the information environment.
- Help the different functions operate smoothly by dealing with internal and external administrative affairs in an efficient manner.
